Dr. Ram Shahani: PT, DPT, OCS, MBA is the founder of Primacare Rehabilitation, an outpatient, aquatic, physical, occupational therapy and wellness practice in Gwinnett County, a northern suburb of Atlanta. Primacare Rehabilitation was started in 2003 Ram received his Bachelor of Science (Physical Therapy) from the University of Bombay, India in 1986, and has been Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association since 1999. Ram received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010. Ram graduated from Georgia State University with an MBA in Management in 2003. He has taught numerous continuing education courses including Mobilization of the Upper Extremities and Evidence - Based Practices of Evaluating and Treating the Orthopedic Shoulder around the USA. Ram has been an adjunct instructor at the University of South Alabama and a CCCE for North Georgia College and Georgia State University. He has been a clinical director in Acute Care Hospital,We have 2 convenient locations to serve the needs of Gwinnett county and surrounding population. We are a Physical Therapist owned and managed practice with focus on our patient and client. We are a patient centric organization.
