5 stars is not enough to describe our experience at Precision PT! Could I give their office 100 stars?! How fortunate to have landed in such a wonderful office after our unfortunate car accident. From the moment of the first contact with Joe I felt comfortable, heard, and knew we were in good hands. My minor son is scared of anything related to medical, therapy, massage etc, but the staff at Precision won him over, and that alone speaks volumes. The kindness, understanding, dedication, expertise, flexibility and individualized treatment was more than we could have ever expected. Treatments are thoroughly explained and work, services are customized, questions are answered and you are listed to. Not to mention the laughs and positivity from the staff during each and every single visit, all of which helped with the emotional and mental healing during the process. Having the staff make you feel as if you are more than just a patient and that you are truly cared for is exactly what is needed when dealing with recovery and you can tell everyone at Precision PT understands that. What’s even better is they now have a 2nd location which I also visited a few times and the level of service at their newest location is also great. This just demonstrates their dedication to provide amazing service. When certain ailments couldn't be treated at their office, I was able to count on their referrals to other providers to help me navigate and receive the care I needed. Dr. B in chiropractic, Dr. T in physical therapy, Mike in medical, Sam and Tisha in medical massage, and Andrea & Del at the front desk are the best! Thank you Joe and the team for the phenomenal services.

From my first call with Joe on the front end to my last day I was treated with nothing but the absolute best care here at precision pt!! I can say it was a great experience!! Everyone I dealt with was professional and caring! They answer the phones respond to emails etc. dependable and reliable with a great team put in place. I would recommend this place a million times from the front end to medical to PT and massage I had a first class experience and wish I had more time with Dr.Townsend. She absolutely listened to my never ending speals on what worked and didn’t, to create a plan fit to my complicated situation. She was encouraging, creative and celebrated progress big and small. For someone whose life got turned upside down they helped build my confidence and strength to get back to life! My wife and I were referred to Precision PT after a car accident and went through several months of Chiropractic, Massage, and Physical Therapy. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Not only did it help physically, but also made a huge difference in the mental and emotional impact that an accident can have. Every person that we interacted with was as compassionate as they are skilled and we genuinely looked forward to appointments. They made recovery possible and we can't thank everyone enough. If you ever find yourself in need of pain relief, this is the only place to go.

This is such an amazing environment. I had an accident and hurt my back. I honestly didn’t think I’d make such a great recovery. The chiro, the PT, and the massage worked wonders. All the doctors and therapists are super knowledgeable and extremely friendly and kind. The front desk staff is lovely and so welcoming. Going here would make my day better.
