Play On Pediatric Therapy

We have had ongoing concerns with this clinic’s approach to supporting children with special needs. As the parent of a 6-year-old autistic child, consistency and sensitivity are essential, but unfortunately, occupational therapists are changed frequently, making it difficult for my child to build trust and feel comfortable. Additionally, when we were late due to severe weather, the scheduled 45-minute session was reduced to only 15 minutes, yet we were still charged the full fee. There was no flexibility or understanding offered in this situation. Communication has also been challenging, with requests often unaddressed and billing procedures carried out without clear consent or discussion. Overall, we have not experienced the level of respect, quality, or care that families should expect from a clinic specializing in special needs. I hope the clinic will reflect on these concerns and improve their practices for the benefit of their clients.

I'd give it 1000 stars If I could, I have been coming here for over a year and we have had great experiences, I also like how this place fits the need for all kids, makes it accessible for all. I have had the honors to have Michele Delfino as a physiotherapist for my almost 4 year old living with Angelman Syndrome, and my daughter took to her right away, and since her my daughter's has made a lot of progress. I want to mention also all the staff there are absolutely amazing, friendly and very welcoming. It is a far distance for us to travel but it is a thousand percent worth it. One last thing, I really think this place should open at night time for parents 😂😂😂😂 because all this stuff is fun and it really helps to motivate everyone. Absolutely loved them. We needed support for my 1 year old and were placed with Katie. She was fantastic. Very kind, patient and knowledgeable. She never judged and is just a super supportive and positive person. I highly recommend.

Incredible professionals in a very supportive child friendly environment. They have the most interesting activities to support physiotherapy excellence with children. My son has a chronic genetic condition and the care we received was exceptional

Play On Pediatric, particularly Katie, has been a game changer for my son who had severe torticolis. Katie has been fantastic- creating a wonderful atmosphere for our visits, giving a lot of tips and tricks, and preparing an exercise regimen that has led to him being completely on track with milestones (and officially graduating). I would recommend Katie and Play On enthusiastically to any parents looking for support for their child’s development!
