My name is Matti and I'm the owner, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Licensed Athletic Trainer here in Colorado. I graduated from the University of Montana with a BS in Athletic Training before moving to Colorado to add Massage Therapy and Dry Needling to my tool belt. I have experience working in clinics and chiropractor's offices with a wide array of patients and have learned a great deal about how to fix and work with the body. I have a strong background working with athletes and the ailments that can come with being an active Coloradan along with playing a sport. I enjoy working with people in order to improve overall activity and performance.The business was born from gaining a sports medicine background with the skills and experience of massage. I have worked with athletes of all caliber in a multitude of sports, everywhere from dancers and soccer players to Jui Jitsu and hockey players. This gives me a unique skill set apart from corporate run of the mill massage shops that I used to help keep you healthy and in your sport or activity!

I really loved my massage with Veronica and doing the infrared sauna beforehand. It's makes such a difference for my spine and neck to have everything loosened once a month as I have a physical job. The sauna gave me so much energy and vitality the next few days!

I had a wonderful experience at Moyer total wellness. Randy was awesome and made me feel comfortable about something I was a little hesitant about. Not only is my back feeling a lot better but he taught me a lot about the anatomy of my problems and gave me exercises to hopefully prevent further issues. I would highly recommend them for any wellness needs you may have.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I purchased a Groupon which it was working so they just honored the price for me. I went in with super severe upper mid back pain on 8/22/25 & The lack of knowledge when massaging a pregnant woman is kinda mind boggling. She said she could only do up to a 5 in pressure, which isn’t true. She spent the whole massage trying to put my back muscles back into place. I left still in pain and had to go to the chiropractor. You can do deep pressure you just have to know which spots not to work too hard so you don’t stimulate labor. She knew she didn’t give me what I came in for because she commented that she knew I wanted to be rubbed down more but she was trying to help me in the long run and correct my posture so I won’t be back since it was a waste of my money, time and not what I specifically asked for. I still tipped well but I honestly should have gotten up and left.
