PYW offers a variety of services to help you achieve your goals by recognizing your lifestyle, reducing barriers, and providing a realistic and efficient plan. My extensive, and variable, training across disciplines allows me to see the "big picture" easier and address needs from multiple perspectives. My Doctorate in Physical Therapy is the foundation of my education. Additionally, I have completed multiple certifications during my 12+ years in practice. Notable certifications include Vestibular Certification, Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Certified Nutritional Therapist, and Yoga. PYW was founded on the principle of changing how healthcare is provided. I believe in approaching care from a holistic, preventative, and whole body perspective. This helps you recovery from injury better AND reduce the risk of future injury.Breaking free of the traditional healthcare, injury triage model of care after 12+ years in traditional outpatient physical therapy treatment settings. PYW started in early 2021 with focus on patient centered care focusing on injury care in addition to general well-being for happy and healthy living. Services include PT, dry needling, yoga, health coaching, and personal training.
