About
Ashley Moriarty, DPT, ATC, earned her degree in Athletic Training at Boston University and went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy there, as well. She is a physical therapist, certified athletic trainer and certified dry needling specialist at our New Canaan location. Before joining Performance, she worked in Boston with both high school and collegiate athletes. Ashley considers all aspects of a person's life, as she knows a person is more than just their injury or episode of care, and enjoys helping people get back to what's important to them.Performance Optimal Health opened in Greenwich, CT in 2005 - and since then we've grown to 7 locations serving Fairfield County, New Haven County and Midtown Manhattan. When Performance first opened its doors, we were grounded in the critical bedrock of orthopedic and sports physical therapy. Today, Performance looks completely different. As the health and fitness worlds have evolved, so has the Performance brand. We now have a team of specialists that work in synergy to help our clients achieve Optimal Health.
