Dr. Tribendis was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with his bachelors of science degree in Health Science. He later ventured to Dallas, TX and received his Doctorate from Parker College of Chiropractic. Not only is Ron Tribendis a veteran Doctor, he is a competitive triathlete having completed 11 Ironman Races and counting. He has qualified for the 70.3 World Championships 5 times and Ironman World Championships in Hawaii 3 times. He has succeeded in becoming one of the South Mid West's up and coming triathletes. This true passion he has for triathlon is only heightened by his true knowledge of the body. Ron's education, his understanding of physiology and his dedication to further understanding of the human body only makes him that much more of an asset to his current and future patients. Dr. Tribendis truly enjoys bringing this type knowledge into his practice to help his patients achieve optimal health.

I've been going for about 2 months. Rachel is my physical therapist. I tell no lies... This woman is freaking magical!!! She definitely knows what she's doing. For 3 days I was limping because I have fluid on my knees, along with arthritis. I went in today, as I said, limping. By the time I walked out.... I was walking normal. Today was my last visit, but I'm going to have my orthopedic send another referral so I can continue to improve. I live in South Arlington. The clinic is in Plano. That's about a 45 minute drive each way. I will take that drive any day to be able to have her as my therapist! I highly recommend her!!!

I have been to a lot of chiropractors and this facility is very sports oriented which I like. I was an D1 XC runner and actually saw Dr. tribendis back when I was 15 years old (im 31 now). Other chiropractors (Inwood chiropractic, Elite Care Professionals, Dr. Matt’s Wellness) do a ton of adjustments which I am very used to so I was skeptical when Dr Sat Hardiker only did like 3-4 adjustments. Other chiropractors also usually spend like 15 minutes with you and you’re out the door. Dr. Sat spent about an hour with me watching me run, working on my shin splint, showing me exercises, etc. I had been dealing with a nagging shin splint for at least 2 months and after 1 hour with him I am healed and back to running. I am super super happy!!! Also, I had no idea I was going to be running on the treadmill so keep that in mind when coming in for an appointment. I brought my 16 month old thinking he would just sit in the corner and play with his truck. Dr. Sid held him when I ran and was really tolerant. I felt so bad for bringing him but the staff was great and super nice about it!!! Highly recommended Dr. Sid. -Katherine Tatum

Had my first-ever chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Sat today and couldn’t be more impressed!! He explained everything clearly, made me feel completely comfortable, and the adjustment itself was smooth and effective. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and really knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Gonzalez has been absolutely amazing over the past few years. After injuring my right elbow, he not only helped me recover but also addressed ongoing neck issues with great care and expertise. He is extremely professional, has outstanding bedside manners, and truly takes the time to listen. He doesn’t rush appointments and genuinely works to figure out the root of the problem. You can tell he cares about his patients and loves what he does. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received and highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez.

I love the staff here! Everyone greets you by name and are always so pleasant upon arrival and departure. It's rare these days to find a company that actually provides great customer service, and I will say, this is one that does! The therapists are knowledgeable and Chiropractic practitioners go above and beyond in your care while also educating you on the processes they are doing. Will continue to recommend this office!
