Jasmine Nichols, owner of Perfect Fit Personal Training Studio opened the studio in May 2005. She has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and personally has always been very active and fitness has always been a priority in her life. Her work as a personal trainer has given her experience in many different areas including work in physical therapy centers, in home gym set up and training, post rehab training combining orthopedic and physical therapy recommendations, work with cardiovascular disease, obesity, back, knee, shoulder limitations, and diabetes. Although Jasmine has worked with many limitations she is not limited to this, her skills give her the option of working with all types of health and fitness levels.My business was opened in may of 2005. I have been in the field since I was about 14 years old and my dream was to open my own gym. I worked hard and opened the gym on my own. I have accomplished my dream and I am very proud of my gym. I wanted the gym to be an extension of your own home and from what i hear this seems to be what people say and feel. I can only hope that everyone who comes to my facility has a great experience and feels as comfortable as if they were in there own home.
