I'm known as Dr. Liz by my patients, but I am also the owner of two chiropractic businesses and a proud mother. At Pacific Wellness, you are treated just like a part of our family. I started as a chiropractor in 2006 in Reno, Nv and began Pacific Wellness in Beautiful San Diego in 2013. I am so happy with the evolution of Pacific Wellness, as I stand behind a personalized, higher quality style of care. Thank you for becoming part of our Pacific Wellness family! We are new to the Rancho Bernardo community and are so excited to be here! We are proud to be offering high quality pre-natal, pediatric and lifestyle chiropractic care to the families in Rancho Bernardo. We are located inside Lovestrong Wellness, an all inclusive healthcare facility for your perinatal, pediatric and family needs. Lovestrong Wellness offers acupuncture, massage therapy, pediatric PT, pediatric OT, lactation, pelvic floor PT, mental therapy AND Chiropractic. Think of Lovestrong as your village, or your "one-stop-shop" for many of your families healthcare needs.

Our chiropractors are certified in Webster training for prenatal chiropractic, have had extensive training for pediatric care and hold the latest certs in sports injury management. In one short - we got every spine covered! Based on your body’s needs, your treatment plan is 100% customized to the goals we are trying to achieve. Depending on your goal our followup visits range from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. ​We will tell you exactly what you need, what you don’t need, what you should do more or less of, and at all times inform you of the WHY behind everything we do. ​We treat our patients like we would treat our family. You will receive the same level of compassion, validation, care, and top notch treatment. Be prepared to smile and feel the love behind our care!
