Jose Rodrigo Chacon is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, and Certified Stretch Coach with over 16 years of experience in youth coaching and sports performance. He’s certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Fascial Stretch Therapy (Level 3 Medical), FMS, SFMA, NKT Level 1, RockTape ROC Doc, and Youth Nutrition. Jose has worked in orthopedic and sports medicine settings and stays current with CPR, First Aid, and evolving industry standards. His training philosophy centers on improving mobility first, then building stability—helping athletes move better, recover faster, and perform at their best.Established in 2008 Stretch Moves started with personal training and stretch therapy to help people move and feel better. By 2017, we expanded into sports recovery, RockTape, corrective exercise, and advanced to Level 3 Medical Stretch Therapy. In 2020, we rebranded to OMNI Wellness & Performance, evolving into a full-service wellness clinic. We added Infrared Sauna, 1-on-1 Physical Therapy, Stick Mobility, and Strength Training—all designed to support long-term health and performance. We also launched a Long-Term Athletic Development program to help youth athletes prevent injuries and excel on and off the field. Since July 2023, we’ve served our community from our new location at 9860 Fairfax Blvd, Fairfax, VA 22030—offering personalized care, recovery, and wellness for active adults and athletes of all ages.
