I'm Natasha Barnes. I've been a professional athlete for over 20 years and have been helping my patients recover from injury for almost a decade! I am a consultant. I help patients develop rehabilitation strategies and guide them towards optimizing performance through solutions-focused, science-based sports medicine. I don't fix patients, I educate them and empower them to help themselves! My goal is to empower patients to take charge of their recovery by helping them develop a plan of action for rehabilitation and return to sport. I blend therapeutic exercise, strength training into my approach. I am a rock climber and competitive powerlifter in my spare time.My business got started in 2012 when I realized the need for a rehab professional who specialized in climbing injuries. I take a different approach to rehab than traditional PT and incorporate strength training and climbing specific training and rehab in my approach. I have helped many climbers and non-climbers overcome injury. I also work with powerlifters, weightlifters, CrossFit athletes, and endurance athletes!
