About

Justin has been developing wellness programs for 20 years. His clients range from Olympic medalists to those simply desiring to have their bodies work at it's peak. A California native, Justin began martial arts training at the age of 7. After competing at the state level, Justin began an intense study of wellness earning his massage therapy degree from Healing Hands College in 1999. Following this, Justin travelled to multiple countries teaching & presenting martial arts & wellness. He then began a study in Kundalini Yoga. In 2009, Justin earned his certifications in both fitness training and sports nutrition from the ISSA. Today, Justin owns & operates Narayan Wellness where living in wellness and motivating others to do the same is now a way of life.With over 15 years in health and wellness we decided to strive to better the industry. Not just to pamper and relax our clients but to help, heal, and care for them in the way that they should be. Our goal is to bring awareness that you too can have the life, body, and mind you strive for and we want to help you attain those goals.
