James Ivaska has been practicing massage therapy for 10 years and is licensed in the State of Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is also a certified Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) practitioner. James received his Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He went to the Chicago School of Massage Therapy and graduated in December 2004. He has since worked with hundreds of people dealing with chronic pain or injuries, including college athletes. Teaching is a passion of James's and he travels the United States teaching neuromuscular therapy continuing education courses to other massage therapists and health care practitioners.
