This place has truly changed my life!! I had no idea when I found this random little place on zoc doc just to try Acupunture (as PT had not been working for me ) that it would end up being somewhere I frequent with such gladness. Since starting acupuncture here I have also done TPI, massages, and cryropacture here that I had been too scared to try else where all of the above have been excellent. As a really active person my body is so meaningful to me, I’ve had a knee injury and general chronic pain that I have been living with for years. Coming here not only has healed pains I thought I would have for the rest of my life but also uncovered new comfort I hadn’t even imagined. I am now able to dance and jog without fear of re- injury and I have noticed I have improved in my abilities since coming to move well. I also went through an incredibly challenging personal time when I started acupuncture and genuinely coming here to heal has kept me going these last 6 months. Not only is everyone here so incredibly skilled and knowledgeable but everyone who works here is so safe, welcoming, friendly, fun and kind. I feel uplifted physically and emotionally to my core everytime I leave! The front desk staff is so on it, they are so great and professional at scheduling and communicating, remember things I forgot and always follow through. Again so knowledgeable and caring. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Also may I add it’s always so clean and cute. Truly a gem. If you’re thinking of going do it!

Found MoveWell doing an online for acupuncture. Walking into the office, it was bright clean and the staff is extremely welcoming. The acupuncture services come massage or cupping and both are amazing, really provides relief. As an extra, there is a massage chair in the waiting room that you can use before or after. I highly recommend this office. Enjoy!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I was diagnosed with Epilepsy earlier this year and for about 8 months straight was having a violent seizure every month before getting medications under control. I found this place hoping to find some relief from the daily pain from muscle spasms and I am blown away. I have interacted with almost every staff member at this point and everyone has been incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The doctors have helped my pain and stress levels tremendously, I feel like a new person and in addition I feel motivated to exercise more and feel like I actually recover from my injuries. I cannot thank these guys enough for everything they have done for me. If you’re lucky enough to become a patient here you will not regret it!

Cannot recommend them highly enough for acupuncture! I've been going twice a week for the last month or two and have felt a million times better with my shoulder and knee pain. Lulu gives an excellent massage before the session and Dr. Li is the sweetest and most skilled acupuncturist. She takes time to listen to my issues each session and I always leave feeling amazing. The cupping afterward has also been a godsend. The staff are all absolute angels and super helpful and communicative, and they have the cleanest most organized office. Covers a lot of insurance and packages available if you're paying out of pocket!
