Our goal is to maximize your ability to participate in activities of daily living as well as your occupational, recreational and athletic endeavors. Postural Restoration is a therapeutic approach that assesses multiple systems in the body including the respiratory, musculoskeletal and nervous system. If those systems are not working together at the correct time in the correct position, dysfunctional patterns of movement occur that lead to stress and strain on tendons, ligaments, muscles and ultimately cause pain.
