Dr. Travis Utter attended Florida State University and graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2003, where he studied Communications and Science. A true passion for helping and healing others, Dr. Utter attended Palmer College of Chiropractic. Since graduating in 2011 he has primarily focused on Whiplash related injuries. Dr. Utter is certified in Whiplash & Brain Injury Traumatology, emphasizing the biomechanics of injury mechanisms, occupant kinematics, automobile crash reconstruction methods, our most current knowledge of imaging techniques, and the comprehensive case management of whiplash and related disorders. He currently holds licenses in Florida and Kentucky.Dr. Travis has been associated with Auto Accident related injuries for over 7 years. I am writing this review because it was extremely insulting and disrespectful for the person named Rosa, who works at the front desk of this place, to insult and try to humiliate my 68-year-old mother. She is only going to this clinic because she unfortunately suffered an accident, and for someone in that position to be so rude and unprofessional is unacceptable. I ask the representatives of this clinic to please evaluate the kind of service this person is providing, both over the phone and in person. On the phone, she always sounds upset and has even hung up calls. Maybe losing a patient is not a big concern for you, but this type of treatment is completely inappropriate and should be addressed. It is because of your response that she believes she can do whatever she wants and continue mistreating patients. Good luck with your employee, and I hope she does not keep lying the way she just did.

The best .is a place that you will come out with a smile no matter how much pain you're in.from receptionist to doctor. I will come out with a smile .and they're so helpful kindness. Amazing place.for the therapy....thank you .winter's and Yonkers for the referral.

I am upset that I had a negative experience because of communication with them. I had a workers comp case and they took very long to get back to me to the point where it took about 7 months to get any leeway on the paperwork. Normally it takes at the most a month for me with other places. The doctor and staff were very friendly but every time I called to get updates no one knew anything because it was allegedly only handled by the doctor and when I was updated by the doctor he was very nice and informative but it just never got done. I never got any missed calls or voicemails from them either. I am currently being seen by another provider due to this issue. So hopefully they can improve this and no one else has this experience.

I was recommended to come here by my attorney after an auto accident. I work late and they accommodated my hours and the doctor stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. I was treated like if I was their first patient of the day. All of the staff is over and above amazing! Defiantly recommend.

Have been treating for last two months. And I never have the feeling of oh no I have to go to therapy feeling. The staff and doctor trieb always go above and beyond to take care of my needs and other patients. I go to therapy knowing that I will have a great experience every time. I definitely would recommend there office time and time again. Keep up the good work guys A++
