Dr. Jessica, Chiropractor and owner of Mind and Body Family Wellness, implements physical, chemical and emotional wellness strategies into personal treatment plans and patient education. She hopes to empower her patients to take control of their health by making intentional lifestyle choices. Dr. Jessica delivers a full spine and cranial adjustment using the technique of patient preference and/or doctor recommendation. Emotional balancing may also be included depending on the needs of the patient and the length of the appointment. Dr. Jessica specializes in pregnancy, pediatrics, care for women, and emotional balancing, but enjoys working with people from all walks of life. Her warm and open disposition makes it easy to build a strong patient-doctor relationship, and her well-rounded skill set allows each patient to be comfortable with care.Mind and Body Family Wellness was dreamed of and created by Jessica Tallman, fourth generation Doctor of Chiropractic. After practicing for five and a half years as an associate chiropractor, Dr. Jessica decided to create her own model of practice with an emphasis on community and education. At Mind and Body, each patient is treated as a whole person, addressing physical, chemical and emotional components of optimal wellness.
