I love helping people live in the full expression of their unique gifts. It's impossible to do that with lots of old stress stored in the body, heart and mind. I love combining my love of the spiritual awakening process, personal development, neurology and deeply tested intuitive awareness to help people have amazing breathroughs and healings.This work changed my life. I was doing my doctorate in Chiropractic, a Master's degree in acupuncture and remodeling a home all at the same time. Stress was at an all time high. I was massively overwhelmed, my relationship was challenged and I was barely keeping up. Network really helped my body to drop all of the accumulated stress, and fight or flight that was giving me headaches, really challenged breathing and a nervous tic in my neck. After a few months I saw what was possible doing this work and I committed to sharing it with others out in the world. Since then I've helped thousands of people experience new ease, health and freedom in their body, emotions, mind and spirit. I moved from upstate NY in 2015 to the beautiful beaches of Encinitas to serve this community of entrepreneurs and high achievers and I'm so glad to be here. I have trained with and developed the most advanced training for this work with the founder, Donny Epstein since 2014.
