This place has saved my life!! My body was a mess from years pushing my body and an accident. Between Dr Matt and Leda's pilates I feel like my body can function without pain. I literally feel great.

I’ve been to many, many Pilates studios around LA over the years, and this is by far the best one. Small classes with excellent instructors who give students lots of attention and feedback, so it almost feels like you are getting a semi-private class. Most of the classes are also taught in a way that all levels can feel challenged, whether you are brand new to Pilates or have been doing it for 20 years. I have also gotten chiropractic care here and always leave feeling better.

I loved this place. Dr. Gloin knew exactly what to target based on a brief explanation of my back pain, and offered real relief. It was also a big bonus that regular pilates classes with the lovely Leda Lum were offered in the same facility. I feel like the combination of chiropractic adjustments in the same spot as pilates and massage gives me one less place to drive in LA … (yay!) and a really effective way to receive healing and give it back to yourself.

So happy and grateful I found this place, and so is my back. Dr. Gloin is caring, and takes the time to explain any issue—I didn't feel like a number, as has happened in other facilities. He suggested I take some pilates classes, so I tried Leda’s. She is an *amazing* teacher, is direct and attentive (and funny). An airy, clean room, small classes. Leda's class was hard, challenging core work with stretching I so needed; and some lower and upper-back release-work toward the end. A combination of really hard stuff -- so the muscles are shaking and really in use -- then release or stretching work. Particularly love the stretching sequence in the beginning. This has really helped my upper body, my back, and is great prep for Dr. Gloin's awesome adjustment.
