Dr. James is the co-owner of Live to Move with his wife Dr. Molly. They are both Doctor's of Physical Therapy, certified orthopedic manual therapists, and certified strength & conditioning specialists. Dr. James is also a fellow-in-training with an orthopedic manual therapy fellowship program here in Houston. Dr. Molly is also a certified yoga teacher, certified in dry needling, and completed a certificate program in plant-based nutrition. The Poenitzsch's both enjoy an active lifestyle including running, biking, walking their 2 dogs, weight training, yoga, golf, and more. Both also enjoy serving their community through volunteering.The co-owners are both Doctor's of Physical Therapy that hold patient care as their highest value. Live to Move Physical Therapy & Wellness offers 45-60 minute one-on-one time with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
