I have been a patient of Dr Schaffstall for many years. Wait time is short or no waiting. Office is professional and clean. Appointment times are convenient with occasional Saturdays. Most importantly, Dr Schaffstall uses a number of techniques and equipment. He is very knowledgeable and very competent. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Dr. Schaffstall for over 10 years for preventative care. During this time he has helped me stay injury free through numerous triathlons. While training for Ironman, I saw Dr. Schaffstall consistently every 3 weeks and I remained healthy and strong through my training, race day and recovery! Because he is a runner and triathlete himself, he knows exactly what we need! I would recommend him to anyone, especially runners and triathletes.

I’ve been going to Dr. Schaffstall for over 8 years! He is thorough and gentle with his adjustments, and if something feels off between my scheduled “maintenance” appointments he can get me in quickly. He’s very skilled at Graston and ART and I have had great relief from these modalities as well.

Dr. Jim Schaffstall is fantastic. I had an acute lower back pain which made it almost impossible to stand up straight for 3 days. I finally couldn't take it and called Schaffstall Chiropractic and got in for an appt. the same day. Dr. Jim was thorough and within 30 minutes I was pain free. My only regret is not calling him sooner!

I spent some time researching chiropractors and went to two others before finding Schaffstall Chiropractic. I am very happy that I researched and found Schaffstall Chiropractic. I live in south Buffalo and it is over a 20 minute drive for me, but it is well worth it.
On the first visit, Doctor Schaffstall took the time to explain everything, and answer all my questions. Doctor Schaffstall also keeps track of what he does every visit.
So if you are looking for an outstanding chiropractor that is very personable, knowledgeable, capable and keeps good notes on your visits, then you will not be disappointed. He will also email you around 24 hours before your appointment, just to remind you.
