Muscles, like people, can learn bad habits. Therefore, Kevin is on a mission to re-educate your muscles. He specializes in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Trained in over 25 modalities he fluidly transitions between them depending on what the client needs and how the body responds to treatment. This is always done with specific goals in mind; first, by removing any muscle spasms that may be present; second, by reeducating muscles to forget bad habits and learn a new range of motion; ultimately leading to a state of less pain and more freedom to move past injury and forward to recovery.For 3 years before I started my own practice I managed to Spa @ Equinox in Rolling Hills Estates. Since then I've built a practice filled with amateur athletes. Are you an average Joe who wants to take their body from commuter car to race car and needs a pit crew.
