As a sports enthusiast, Dr. Alex has a passion for working with athletes and active people of all ages. As a division one pitcher and three sport athlete, Dr. Alex has had just about every injury in the book. Both Dr. Alex and Megan specialize in the understanding of body sequencing with application to everyday life and high intensity movements. They excel in teaching the rehab process aimed to facilitate quick recovery, injury prevention and proper movement patterns.
