Dr Arianna and Dr Allison are wonderful. They listen, are understanding and work wonders. When I leave I always feel energized and relaxed at the same time. I highly recommend Inner Balance and these two amazing doctors.

Dr. Alison is amazing! My daughter and I always feel amazing after an adjustment. My daughter loves coming in after school because it helps her feel calm after a hectic day. I love the techniques she uses. I would never let anyone adjust my neck before because I was afraid of the sudden cracking motions they would use but Dr. Alison doesn't use any of that. It's so gentle and effective. When I have to tow along my other kids to my appointments I never worry because the staff are always so kind and don't seem to mind them being with me in the office or even in the room during the adjustment. The office staff are so kind and helpful. We love the holistic approach to our bodies that they follow.

I highly recommend Dr Allison. 7 years ago I started to experience horrible migraines. I would lose my vision and my hands would go numb. My primary doctor recommended me to a see a specialist where they would pump me with an IV every 3 months so it would help with migraines but wouldn’t get rid of them. Fast forward to the day I met Dr Allison she changed my life. I stopped having to go every 3 months to get an IV and she ELIMINATED all my migraines. I’m no longer scared to drive and get a migraine episode. My husband seen the positive change and started getting adjusted as well. Dr Allison office is also kid friendly. This is a huge reason why I stayed for years with her. She understands my children come with me everywhere and is always welcoming. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Dr Allison

Dr. Allison always listens, asks great questions and tailors each appointment to what is going on that day in me. She doesn't just repeat the same old treatment, but zeros in on what is the problem. She doesn't do any cracking and popping manuevers, but gently and expertly moves joints and discs to lessen pain and gain movement. The office staff is the best- always friendly and helpful!
