Dr. Ashley Antonoff's goal is to help improve your quality of life by allowing your nervous system to function without interference. Prior to purchasing the practice from Dr. Downey in March 2017, she worked as an associate in a busy Bothell office for nearly 6 years. Dr. Antonoff has a passion for helping women throughout their motherhood transition (before baby, while pregnant and postpartum) as well as a passion for adjusting kids. She continues her education through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and loves to learn how to better care for this special population. When Dr. Antonoff is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband, Nolan, have a son, Dominic, and a black lab named Buddy. They are expecting their second child in May. They enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and watching the Mariners and Seahawks.Dr. Ashley Antonoff purchased Downey Chiropractic Center from Dr. Michael Downey in March 2017, and began building Innate Family Chiropractic.

Innate Family Chiropractic (Formerly Downey Chiropractic Center) has been serving the greater Redmond and Bellevue area with quality chiropractic care for nearly 30 years. We are dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness goals, whether that means recovering from an injury, becoming pain free, maintaining good health or achieving optimum athletic performance. Our mission is to restore health, life and vitality to our patients. Our doctors address the entire spine and associated extremities. The cervical spine and TMJ adjusting is done primarily with the use of the ArthroStim® adjusting instrument. Both doctors use this instrument along with Upper Cervical techniques to provide you with safe and gently effective treatment. The techniques used in practice are: Pettibon, Harrison Biomechanics (CBP), Palmer, Diversified and Drop table (Pierce Stillwagon). Dr. Ashley Antonoff is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). She treats women during pregnancy and postpartum in addition to infant and pediatric age groups and is Webster Certified.
