I have been doing massage since 2008 and have a passion for helping people feel like themselves. I come from a sports background and know how much massage can help anyone from athletes to people who spend their days behind a desk. I have trained with some amazing massage therapists over the years and love sharing what I have learned with others.This business was created because of the need to reach out to more people. For years I have been limited to only certain hours and being over booked. Many of my clients have had to wait weeks to get in with me, but they have to wait no longer. Now there is a broader range of appointments.

Most people believe that deep massage should be painful, but the goal should be to work through the more superficial muscles into the deeper muscular structures. Receiving a relaxing massage is necessary, but deep massage will leave you feeling lasting relief and the satisfaction one should feel after a massage. This business can perform many different modalities of massage, but specializes in Therapeutic massage, Deep tissue and myofascial release. The main focus here is better health and healing.
