I’ve gotten a few massages here over the past year and really enjoyed the atmosphere and affordability. I’d always passed by on my drive home from work and the $85 intro offer banner is what drew me in initially. They have a great variety of masseuses with specialities that range from light touch to deep tissue. Shoutout to Moriah for the amazing deep tissue massage!

I received a certificate as a Christmas gift in 2024. But, i was not able to use it due to car accident injuries. My husband called to try and get a refund after I realized I may not be able to use it. The owner said he would not give a refund. Not a good business decision on his part. Enjoy keeping our 100 gift certificate. Such Dishonesty.

I just had a massage with Ash. She seemed pretty cold and not very warm or friendly, which made the experience feel impersonal. The massage itself was just okay. I paid an extra $20 for cupping, and it honestly felt like a waste of time. Overall, I probably wouldn’t return.

UPDATE: since I wrote this both Adam & Kyle have left without warning or a response from ownership on why they left, or suggestions on an equally good therapist to try out. I’ve now tried out 2 other people and I’d say the last one may have been the worst massage- I almost ended it after a few minutes. Will be ending my monthly membership after they’ve lost 2 great therapists. I will never hide my love of Highlands Massage! My only regret is not going to them sooner. A dear friend of mine recommended it years ago, but because it was so unassuming from the outside, I never thought to go in. I now alternate between seeing Kyle for a more relaxing or deep massage, and Adam, who focuses on pain relief. I was in a rollover 15 years ago, and live every day with neck pain and the first time I had a visit with Adam I was pain-free for days! I could’ve cried, because I forgot how good it felt to be pain-free. Beyond that, Adam gave me tangible things to do to ensure that I take care of my body and avoid additional pain. I didn’t understand how a neck problem could turn into a hip problem, which could turn into a knee problem, but Adam immediately was able to find the suggest a few things for sleeping which alleviated pain from my neck down to my hip and into my knee. As for Kyle, Kyle gives a killer massage, and I go to him for finding those pesky knots. I appreciate that he does stretches, and when he finds a knot he stays on it. He provides a well rounded massages experience. I also appreciate that I can either sit in relaxed silence or discuss life with Kyle depending on my moods. I’m forever grateful for finding Adam and Kyle! I recommend them to everyone I know depending on their needs!
