Dr. Ryan Pilsner, D.C. grew up in Wisconsin and received his Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin -La Crosse. From a young age he was interested in health and wellness although it took a low back injury introduced him to Chiropractic which changed his life. Dr. Pilsner received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in 2009 and pursued post graduate work in pediatrics, pregnancy and sports chiropractic.Heart & Hand Chiropractic was started in 2002 and has developed into a education based practice that cares for infants, children and adults. We use many chiropractic techniques and therapies to adjust, correct, and to maintain the health of the spine. Using his unique chiropractic approach, Dr. Pilsner promotes a healing environment of health, vitality, and wellness for the entire family.

When I first decided to try a chiropractor, I was extremely hesitant. Heart and hand made me feel very welcome and answered all of my questions with ease. I was terrified of the experience as a whole, but once I started getting adjustments and getting to know their team, I began looking forward to going every single week. I highly suggest everyone who is scared to try chiropractors but especially Dr. Ryan with heart and hand! My life has drastically gotten so much better and I couldn’t appreciate this group more!

I’ve been going to Dr Ryan and his fantastic staff for about 2 1/2 years. Dr Ryan solved my acute pain, recommended a plan to correct damage caused by my awful, lifelong posture, and I’m much better. Pain free and continuing with weekly maintenance adjustments is the key for me. I have no intention of discontinuing my visits. It helps me that much.

I'm super thankful for Dr. Ryan and his amazing staff! He has been able to bring healing to 20+ year old injuries. I no longer have to fall asleep on ice packs, my posture is better, I haven't had vertigo for almost a year, I can actually sleep and relax, my arm is regaining function, and my lower back isn't in any pain like it was. At 43 yrs old to regain some peace and strength in my body is an unmeasurable gift. Over the last 20 yrs I have been to all kinds of practioners like PT, massage, acupuncture, yoga, float tanks, manuel therapy, herps, nutritionist, other chiropractiors, etc. Dr. Ryan's practical and holistic approach blessed me with more healing in 1 yr than anything I've tried in 20 year. His staff is caring, professional, and skilled. His soft wave tech Tayah is the absolute best in town and makes me fell so comfortable! I highly recommend trying out thus practice for anyone to maintain their health. I trust him with my kids too and it has benefited them greatly as well. One of the best decisions I've made for my family. Thank you to everyone at Heart and Hand for taking such great care of us and supporting our community ❤️
