Ivana has over 25 years of experience in the sports and exercise-science industry, which was her second venture apart from being a public accountant and auditor. She is board and state certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork. Some of her specialties include Gua Sha, Cupping and Trigger Point Therapy. Ivana has run 7 marathons, and has participated in various bodybuilding competitions.
