Brian is a 1994 graduate of Indiana University's Physical Therapy program. He has worked as a staff Physical Therapist with Indianapolis Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, was a Therapy Supervisor with Healthcare Therapy Services, Director of Rehab for DeKalb Memorial Hospital, and Regional Director of Operations for Healthcare Therapy Services and Owner of Fast Track Physical Therapy in Avon. Brian has been a PT for over 24 years. Brian lives with his wife Amie who is the business manager at Fast Track, their two kids and three dogs including Bella who is the therapy dog at the Avon location. He enjoys traveling, watching sports and hanging out with his kids.My name is Brian Horner, PT. I am the owner of Fast Track Physical Therapy. We are a private practice physical therapy company that specializes in orthopedics, spine/SI, sports medicine, migraines, and we also see patients for neurological issues, vertigo, and TMJ. We do custom foot orthotics, we have a pelvic health specialist, and we treat pediatrics. I started Fast Track Physical Therapy in Avon in 2007. We are a private practice, and now have 10 therapists and a second location on the west side of Indianapolis in Speedway. I and our other therapists pride ourselves in being excellent manual therapists with skills that include Dry Needling, Muscle Energy, Mulligan, Graston/Astym, as well as many other manual therapy techniques. All of our therapists have been trained in the McKenzie spine method. Fast Track Physical Therapy has the most experience in Dry Needling in the state of Indiana.
