Dr. Anderson and his staff are incredibly kind. I came into my first appointment in excruciating pain, and only 3 appointments in, the pain was almost gone and by 5 appointments I was good to go! Couldn’t recommend Family Health and rehab more!

The Upper Blair Cervical Procedure has been such a blessing! Dr. Aaron keeps my head on straight! After an accident and whiplash, this procedure has given me full mobility and freedom from pain! I used to use the neck massager for an hour to get to sleep. Now the pain is gone! I'm so grateful! Thank you!! This is a great place to come for help!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Aaron for a while now and I can honestly say he’s been a game-changer for me. I had constant headaches before coming in, but since I’ve started treatment, they’ve significantly reduced, and if I do get one, it’s much more controlled. Dr. Aaron is incredibly accommodating, always consistent with his care, and genuinely takes the time to listen and address my concerns. He’s thorough and truly skilled at what he does. I have been a patient at Family, Health and Rehab for about the past 7 1/2 years. Prior to coming here, I was trying traditional chiropractic care and not getting the relief I was seeking. Since coming here, Dr Anderson has been able to pinpoint the sources of pain and make the necessary adjustments. I don't have to use very much pain relievers now. I feel better most of the time and feel like I'm making improvement for the long term. I now have more hope for the future knowing there are treatments without living on pain meds.

I am giving a shout-out to an amazing chiropractor!!….I have a medical condition, MG, that makes things really difficult for me. I have a difficult time laying down, and I don’t like being adjusted. Adjustments, which are usually very painful for me, are not my idea of fun. I was in a lot of pain from being out of place for almost two years. Spencer Andersen at Family Health and Rehab used this little tapping tool and was able to gently put my upper and lower back, neck, and jaw back into place without any pain! He took x-rays right on site and in a few minutes he knew exactly how to help me with the most gentle adjustments I’ve ever had! My adjustments are actually very pleasant and relaxing and so I just want to say thanks Spencer, you are a lifesaver!! I really appreciate it!!
