For 30 years I had a pain problem. 5 years of training in advanced massage techniques. I am a LMT with certificates in Neuromuscular Therapy and Fascia Manipulation. Advanced certifications in Osteo-articular modalities. I now believe that manipulation does not offer lasting results. Then, I began to study a system that allows the brain to re-learn how it controls our tension holding patterns. These holdings cause most people's muscular tension, pain and stiffness, an make a mess of posture. Hanna Somatics Exercise Coach (HSEC). A three year training as Certified Clinical Somatic Educator (CCSE). I'm a Registered Somatic Movement Educator and a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist. I solved my own 30 year pain problem with this method. It have refined and improved, and simplified the process. I look forward to teaching you how to teach your nervous system to let you out of your holding pattern.Since 2012. We are on a mission to bring this new field in health care to the world.
