As someone with a history of pelvic floor dysfunction Dr. Casie Humble has found that a holistic approach to wellness is the most efficient and effective path towards pelvic health - and towards more awareness of health in general. For Casie, this holistic approach is rooted in her yoga practice and her experience as a pelvic floor physical therapist.Dr. Casie Humble has practiced as a physical therapist since 2010 with a specialty in pelvic floor PT and yoga since 2013. She began her career working with prestigious physical therapy practices in Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Enlighten Physical Therapy was established in Santa Monica, CA in 2016 and has served the pelvic floors of the greater Los Angeles area ever since.
