Before embarking on her chiropractic education, Dr. Cruz received her doctorate in organic chemistry at the University of Puerto Rico, graduating summa cum laude. After working for a few years as a researcher in the pharmaceutical industry, she went on to earn a Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic (UBCC) in Connecticut, graduating cum laude.
Dr. Cruz continues to further her knowledge by reading the latest research on new therapies and techniques so she can consistently deliver the highest quality, patient-focused care to her patients.

I’d been wanting (and needing) chiropractic care for a few years. I held back because I hadn’t heard of an excellent female chiropractor in my area, until a good friend introduced me to Elite Life Chiropractic. Dr. Cruz’s office is an hour from my home, but I travel that far because her excellent care is worth it. On my first visit, I told her about a few issues but she dug deeper and found the root of my discomfort in a matter of seconds. I noticed the difference after just one visit. I was unable to go for a few weeks and boy, did I miss her!!! She’s a nice, kind, friendly, caring, concerned, thoughtful, genuine, precise and compassionate doctor. Her top-notch staff is wonderful as well. I highly recommend Dr. Cruz - she’s AMAZING and well worth the drive!!!
