As a skilled chiropractor, Dr. Josh Bross brings added value to his patients as he specializes in Active Release, Graston Techniques, Dry Needling and Sports Medicine. Dr. Bross continues to serve as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. His unique approach to individualized patient care is based on the evaluation and treatment of the "whole" person. As a leader in the promotion of health and wellness, Dr. Bross has accumulated an extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal and nutritional components of the human body. His passion for better health for his patients led to the establishment of Elite Chiropractic & Sport. Occasionally, the office mascot/dog will make an appearance and do his best to help the patients relax and feel less stressed.After completing a bachelors degree in Neurobiology and Physiology and a masters in Molecular Pharmacology and Toxicology, Dr. Bross graduated Summa Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic. After practicing in Los Angeles, Dr. Bross moved back to his home town in Maryland, to open Elite Chiropractic & Sport. Dr. Bross' goal for his practice was to fill the gap in health care between going to a doctor for Surgery/Shots/Medication, and the "standard" rehab people typically receive. Dr. Bross practices new and innovative techniques to help patients relieve their pain and to get them feeling 100% better as quickly as possible.
