I love seeing my clients thrive! Helping people to move better so they can play with grandkids, do their sports or simply get tasks done. I encorporate many approachs to not only work with the muscles, but also the Central Nervous system through breathing techniques and enviosing their unique healing process. After a career in Snowboarding, personal training and yoga instruction, our founder; Anna Durga moved to Southern California to attend Pacific College of Oriental Med. There she studied at a masters level Acupuncture and orthopedics. She began she began her solopreneurship in 2002 as a Massage Therapist / Yoga Therapist and PT in San Diego. As a hobbyist acrobat, she continued to work and train among athletes, always fascinated with movement and pain management. She moved to Northern California to be closer to nature and live in a more rural pace , interested to work with the community towards abundant health and mobility.
