Dr. Fife's upbringing as a highly competitive athlete drove him to a career in sports and health. At California State University Chico he studied Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. While there he interned in the University's training room specializing in the care for those having suffered spinal cord injuries. This experience had a profound impact on him which lead him to continue his education in the health care field. These experiences lead him to pursue his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer West specializing in sports therapy and chiropractic care. He moved to the East Bay in 2010 and has been helping athletes in the area ever since.Dr. Rob has been serving the East Bay Communities since 2010. In 2016 he opened his own clinic and continues to provide exceptional sports chiropractic care to this day.

My main goal is to help my patients recover and return to activity as quickly as possible. In addition to standard chiropractic adjustments, some techniques used during a typical treatment with Dr. Fife include Myofascial Release Technique, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy, RockTape, Cupping Therapy and Selective Functional Movement Assessments or Biomechanics Evaluation. These techniques are to help reduce pain symptoms, but most importantly they are treatments designed to solve the root cause of the condition. By doing this, returning to full function in optimal time is maximized.
