Dr. Michael Rae was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. He is a graduate of Boise High School and of Boise State University. He is an Alumni of Life Chiropractic College West. Dr. Mike is very focused on helping people to achieve optimum health through chiropractic and by making positive lifestyle changes. Dr. Mike recognizes the importance of taking a multi- faceted approach to improving health and wellness. He believes it is important for the patient to take a pro- active role in improving his or her health. Dr. Mike believes good health should be a daily priority for every human being and emphasizes the importance of making positive decisions every day to regain and maintain optimum wellness. In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Mike is trained in soft tissue treatment (myofascial release technique) to expedite the healing process of injuries commonly suffered by athletes.As Boise chiropractors, we take pride in offering the most complete Boise chiropractic resource.
