Stephen Derrington, D.O., is the owner and CEO of Derrington Orthopedics. He is an interventional orthopedic specialist with Regenexx in San Diego County and Orange County, California. Dr. Derrington is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fellowship-trained in Interventional Spine, Sports Medicine, and Regenerative Medicine. As a doctor of osteopathic medicine, he understands the connection between structure and function and devises treatment plans to help the body heal itself without surgical intervention using interventional orthopedics.
