As a contributing author to two NY Times bestselling books, Body by God and One-Minute Wellness, Dr. Dees has a thorough understanding of the holistic nature of wellness. Dr. DEES helped me get healthier by teaching and coaching weight loss success. I look and feel FANTASTIC. I have lost over 30 pounds in only 3 months. She provides every day meal recipes with foods from your own Grocery Store. Portions that are satisfying. Also provides supplements customized to what your body needs. No excerise to start as the goal is weight loss not building muscle. This is the easiest program I have ever tried. HAPPY CUSTOMER. Thank you DR. DEES

I began Dr. Dee's Integrated Health Program over 1 yr ago and lost over 50 lbs and learned how to live again with proper nutrition, attitude, exercise and guidance from the good Doctor and her wonderful office staff. I started Dr Dees weight loss program last year and lost 30 lbs. unfortunately I became very ill but successfully recovered. I am now back on the program to reach my goal. Dr Dees program helps you understand how food affects your weight and how to eat a healthy diet. She provides excellent support and materials to help you along the way. Highly recommend her program.

I went to Dr Dee after a few years of trying to lose the weight that I needed to. I was always stuck at a number and couldn’t get below it. With the help of Dr Dee I am almost there. It wasn’t as hard as I thought even though the first few weeks were very restrictive. She’s very responsive and gives you feedback every day. She has great suggestions if you stall and I know now if I start putting the pounds back on, I have a plan to get them off fairly quickly. Love Dr Dee!
