Dr. Jerry Moczerniuk, PT, DPT is the Clinical Director of the Manalapan office of db Orthopedic Physical Therapy. He is a 2009 graduate of the University Of Medicine and Dentistry, Doctoral Physical Therapy program. Since his graduation, he has focused on delivering quality orthopedic rehabilitation in an outpatient physical therapy practice in Little Silver, NJ. He is anxious to become the practitioner of choice for orthopedic physical therapy in the Western Monmouth County region.Our main location in Lincroft was opened in 2008 by Dr. David Bertone, PT, DPT, OCS. Dr. Bertone has been providing physical therapy services for 25 years and wanted to open a more boutique style practice, with truly one on one care. The Manalapan location was opened in 2013 in a new state of the art building located on Craig Rd, close to Rte 9 and a major commuter hub.
