I have been a Certified Massage Therapist for over 14 years. My experience with massage therapy extends to working with Chiropractors, personal trainers, and in clinics and spas. I use my extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform my bodywork. My approach is unique, integrating Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger point and other modalities into your massage sessions, customizing each massage to the clients' specific needs.  A believer that we all contain the ability to heal, I use an intuitive approach to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind. Through compassionate and careful listening to both the clients' verbalized needs and listening to their body's response, to help facilitate balance in both the body and the mind.  I am passionate about my profession and the healing power it can offer others. My work benefits many, including expectant mothers, athletes, chronic pain and migraine sufferers and anyone seeking the ultimate in relaxation. After working for over 14 years in the Massage Therapy field for Chiropractors, with personal trainers in a small gym, in Clinics, and in Spas, I decided to open my own private practice. Located in the heart of Old Roseville, off of Harding Boulevard and Estates Drive, my office is located inside of the Holistic Light House on the second floor, room 1.
