Dr. Covell is highly trained in many treatment techniques including: Diversified adjusting, Activator instrument assisted adjusting, various soft tissue techniques, whole foods nutrition, yoga therapy, postural correction and rehabilitative exercises.
Additional training in movement assessment and muscle rehabilitation was received from the Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) and Active Release Technique (ART).
Dr. Covell is certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association for Webster Technique. She plans to continue her training while in practice with the ICPA to further address the specific needs of pediatric and pregnancy patients.Covell Chiropractic joined Phoenix Rising Massage and Bodywork in the newly renovated 500 Seneca Building in 2016. Dr. Covell provides chiropractic care as well as nutrition counseling to patients and families.

I routinely see Dr. Brenda for chiropractic adjustments. As someone who has chiropractors in my family and has seen many different docs, I can confidently say she is one of the best chiropractors I've been to. Dr. Brenda is very thorough in her adjustments and always takes the time to provide a detailed explanation for any questions I have. Her approach is gentle, incorporating a lot of stretching, and sometimes feels closer to a massage. I always leave feeling fully reset and stretched out! Highly recommend this practice!

I ignored and let the pain and discomfort of my neck go on until I couldn't turn my head anymore! I was desperate for relief! I searched and found Covell Chiropractic was very close to my work so I gave them a call and so happy that I did!
I had never been to Covell - I'm a new patient and I called on a Friday afternoon, so I really wasn't expecting to get an appointment, but I did! They were able to see me that day within an hour of me calling!
Dr Brenda is truly wonderful! I was literally in the best hands!!
She diagnosed my issue(s) and went to work! By the next day I was feeling so much better and had all of my range of motion back! I recently had a follow up visit and I am very pleased with the process and how I feel. I have since scheduled monthly maintenance visits! The hours of operation and staff are very friendly and they offer a wide range of services!
