Dr. Rivas and his staff are top notch. From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly and welcomed like you are part of the family. The assessment was thoroughly done and the treatment plan was carefully laid out with appropriate expectations. Dr. Rivas knew my hesitations and was considerate in taking his time explaining his technique to me and how it will help. Dr Rivas was very knowledgeable and you can tell from his 20+ years of experience. After driving 14 hours on the road and then quick adjustments and some deep stretching, I felt like a brand new man. His personality and interaction with the clients was the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. You can really tell that he takes pride in his work.
