Dr. Abellon is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher and is a Polestar Pilates Practioner for Rehabilitation. Manual Therapy is the main focus of treatment and taking time with each patient to get maximum results. A graduate from the Univeristy of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, she also got her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in Boston University.Pain Free Living and Pilates for everyone! The human body has an amazing capacity to change and heal. Our purpose is to help facilitate by giving you the best possible care. Direct care, supervised exercises and having a fun time while doing it. We absolutely love seeing all our patients of all backgrounds doing Pilates and achieving all their goals. This is what we do, and we are extremely good at it.
