Kathie is one of the best chiropractors that I have ever worked with. She takes a whole body approach and works with me on addressing my complaint on a case by case basis. She has never tried to sell me some long term maintenance program. I definitely recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Kathy has helped my Ozzy doodle more than anyone. I’ve had several different veterinarians and other chiropractors but Sophie loves Kathy, every time she sees her she wiggles, so happy to see her , she knows how much better she feels. She’s helped me with many physical maladies. Kathie is the sweetest, most kind and caring chiropractor I think I’ve ever known .

Kathie at Castle Rock Natural Health is amazing. Not only does she offer wonderful care and knowledge to her patients, she is kind and very gentle. She makes you feel comfortable, and I always leave feeling much better then when I entered! She gives great treatment along with very helpful advice. She’s flexible, and always willing to accommodate.
I recommend her for any chiropractic needs; not just for you, but also you’re fur babies! I take our 4 year old Golden Retriever here as well, and it has helped him a ton!

Dr. Kathie does not just give you an adjustment, in and out. She invests in your overall health and well-being, educates you on how to maintain your adjustments, and encourages you to take action to seek your optimum level of success (whether it has to do with your bones or not)! She provides a safe, clean, peaceful, professional, and welcoming environment. I highly recommend her for same day adjustments, or scheduled adjustments because she has always been available when I have needed her most! Thank you, Dr. Kathie!

I started seeing Dr. Kathi after a car accident and she was phenomenal. Very gentle and very effective. I have run the gamut of chiropractic experiences over the years and now prefer a gentler adjustment. Dr. Kathi delivers! She also knows a lot about nutrition and the role it plays in our overall health. Give her a try, you won’t be disappointed.
