I am a mom, wife, and chiropractor. I use a variety of gentle healing chiropractic techniques to address stress and balance the bio-mechanical system of the body which may help the function of nervous, muscular, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. When one of those systems is out of balance it affects all the other systems, and over time will create a myriad of symptoms you don't even realize are related. By addressing the body as a whole, the result is a healthy, happy, successful, person. When I am not treating, lecturing, or writing about this technique I have used for 20 years, I am hiking, camping, gardening, or spending time with my family.I received my Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1999, was certified in Bioenergetic Synchronization Technique in 2000, and achieved Master Practitioner of B.E.S.T. in 2005. I am an author and regular contributor for the Morter Report, and guest speaker/instructor for Morter Health Systems.
