Great place to get DOT CDL examination! I've dealt with Prevea and Preva is a nightmare! If you need your medical card definitely see Dr.Dan .

Dr.Dan Farah helped me with major neck and lower back pain. Dr.Dan diagnosed my condition ,treated my pain areas, and I felt relief. I will come back to Dr.Dan if I need help in the future

I needed a DOT physical, and this place is listed on the certified medical examiner registry to do so. Not only are they relatively cheap for the physical, but they also go by the book (unlike most clinics nowadays). They don't do sleep apnea screening and other checks that are not legally required for a CDL physical.
