Dr. June C. Scofield graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1978, and is a third-generation Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Scofield understands that chronic muscle tension can lead to a variety of ailments, so in her treatment, she emphasizes relaxing the muscles before making smooth and gentle chiropractic adjustments. To this end, Dr. Scofield has kept current with new developments and research in chiropractic wellness, including the ancient art of Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. Since graduating from Palmer College she then practiced in Placerville, CA for 32 years treating low back pain, leg pain, mid back, neck pain, headaches, muscle spasms and pain from falls, overuse and repetitive injuries.
