Throughout his lifetime of world traveling, Bahman became aware of the multitude of holistic practices in all cultures. In 2008 he began to develop a holistic health and wellness program pulling together his holistic health studies and observations from this global experience. He founded Global Holistic Solutions, integrating such practices as mind quietness from India, Chinese herbal medicines, nutrition and body awareness from Germany, and a mind/body alance program from right here in the USA. A Nationally Board Certified Holistic Health and Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Yoga Instructor, his services include Holistic Health and Nutrition Counseling, Yoga, Meditation and Massage. In addition, Bahman is now offering Mind/Body Workshops, Seminars, and Retreats.
